Dr. Brutus obtained his doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 1995 and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Centre for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina, in 1997. His research interest focuses on feedback processes in organizations. He has published articles in Human Resources Development Quarterly, Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Management Development, the Journal of Business and Psychology, the International Journal of Training and Development, and the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences. He also authored chapters in 'Maximizing the value of 360-degree feedback' and the 'Handbook of Multi-Source Feedback'; both of them Jossey-Bass publications.
